Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States. Available delivery options and any applicable charge are shown before payment.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

When tracking is available, we send it to the email used at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the case.
